Kevin C. Martin brings more than three decades of professional experience to estate planning, with earlier work spanning investment banking, international economic development, and business acquisitions management before he entered the legal profession. He holds a JD and LLM from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago.

His practice includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, charitable remainder trusts, privacy trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and multi-jurisdictional planning for people whose lives and assets cross state and national borders. He also works with clients who want to maintain privacy around real estate holdings and other assets.

Kevin serves clients across the Washington, D.C. metro area, Georgia, and Florida, including federal employees, Foreign Service Officers, and families navigating the D.C.-to-Florida corridor.
